Cruise Ship Passengers: Unfortunately, this tour meets too early and is too long to match cruise itineraries. Ship guests can book the Private Xel-Ha Express instead.
Restrictions: Guests that are pregnant, have mobility issues, respiratory or heart conditions cannot participate in extreme activities or snorkeling.
Insider Tip: The awesome part of Xel-Ha is that the water activities are in natural salt water pools with plenty of marine life. Definitely the best option if you're looking for a full day of swimming with your family from the safety of the enclosure.
There are photographers available throughout the whole park but if you want to save some cash, bring your own GoPro or underwater camera. A digital camera will do too, or your cellphone; just make sure to bring waterproof pouch cover with a wrist wrap.
