Private Xcaret Express Tour Details
Private Xcaret Excursion Includes:
- Private round-trip air-conditioned van transportation from the Playa del Carmen to Cozumel ferry pier
- Knowledgeable English-speaking driver

Departures: Daily on your time, from the Señor Frogs Restaurant the Playa del Carmen to Cozumel ferry pier (exact meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher)
Length: Your choice! The van and driver are yours for up to 12.5 hours (Xcaret Park is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM).

Children: All ages welcome. For valid insurance coverage, all children must be accounted for in your party (example, if you have 8 passengers plus one child, you must upgrade to the larger 9-passenger van). Free car seats are available for children 0-5 years old, make sure to let us know if you need one under the 'special requests' section of your shopping cart!
Cruise Ship Passengers: This is a perfect shore excursion for cruise passengers. Simply taxi to the ferry pier on Cozumel Island and purchase tickets to Playa del Carmen. Our driver will meet you in the mainland at the Señor Frog's Restaurant, holding a sign with your name on it. The ferries run every hour, so you'll have to start your service two hours after your ship has docked (example, if your ship arrives at 8:00am, you'll catch the 9:00am ferry and start your tour at 10:00am).
Restrictions: Guests that are pregnant, have mobility issues, respiratory or heart conditions cannot participate in extreme activities or snorkeling.
Insider Tip: There's room for foldable wheelchairs in our vans however if you need a wheelchair with a ramp, please contact us with your tour date on hand and we'll make it happen (prices may vary).
Xcaret is wheelchair friendly and they actually have wheelchairs available for rent at the park for $399 mexican pesos, although you do have to leave a Photo ID and a $40usd deposit. Both will be returned once you leave the wheelchair back at the rental module.

IMPORTANT!! Help save the reefs! Due to the White Band Disease that has recently been observed in Cozumel's coral systems, we no longer recommend sunscreen. If using, please make sure that it's bio-degradable and apply at least 30 minutes before entering the ocean.
