Departures: Monday-Saturday at 12:30pm. You're welcome to stay all day and use the beach club facilities before or after your paddle-boarding! Our beach club's official schedule is 9:00am to 3:00 pm, but we open to match the cruise ships in town.
Length: Approximately 1.5 hour (including safety briefing)
Stand Up Paddleboard & Snorkeling Recommendations:
- Swimsuit & towel
- Light clothes & sunglasses
- Camera (not allowed during paddleboarding)
- Bio-degradable sunblock (for beach use only) or UV protective clothing*
- Extra cash and/or credit card for photographs, souvenirs & tips
Children: Must be at least 10 years old and have basic swimming skills.
Cruise Ship Passengers: Unfortunately, Carnival cruise guests must purchase tickets for this activity directly through their ship due to a contract between said cruise line and the tour operator.
Other cruise lines guests are welcome to book online, this makes a great shore excursion! Our beach club is only 5-minutes south of the SSA International (Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, etc.) pier & 10-minutes from the Punta Langosta pier. We might open earlier if your ship arrives before 9:00am. Call if you have any doubts!
Restrictions: Weight limit 220 lbs. Expectant mothers, guests with mobility issues, respiratory or heart conditions will not be able to participate in this activity (but more than welcome to use the beach club!).
Insider Tip: In an effort to be the least invasive possible, you're actually not allowed in the water after the paddle-boarding experience. If you're looking for a full day of swimming, check out Playa Mia + Snorkeling instead (includes paddle boards).
Groups: Our animal care specialists keep a low-guest-per-turn ratio. If you have a large group, give us a call and let us know what day you're visiting us so that we can secure spaces for you (subject to availability).
*IMPORTANT!! Help protect the marine life. Sunscreen (even bio-degradable) has been proven harmful to the Cozumel's coral systems. Please bring long-sleeve filtered UV protective clothing instead.
