YOUR COZUMEL ADVENTURE IS JUST A CLICK AWAY
Swimming & Snorkeling With Stingrays in Cozumel (Everyone Loves Rays)
Forget about seeing stingrays behind glass. Remove the glass and get up close and personal at Cozumel Stingray Beach, where the only thing standing between you and these cute fish is your ticket to the excursion. Once you book it, you'll be able to pet, feed, and play with the stingrays, and you don't have anything to fear. The barbs have been removed, so you can frolic in the water without getting injured. Plus, these stingrays love humans, so they'll be happy to host you for the two-hour tour. They'll even introduce you to their cousins, the nurse sharks. Talk about an adventure! And it's something the entire family can enjoy, so load up the kiddos for an excursion like no other.
After your safety briefing, you'll put on your gear and head to the waist-deep water to meet the stingrays. They're a happy bunch, moving from person to person, softly touching everyone's legs. They aren't just saying hi. They want you to feed them, and you'll get the chance. They'll inhale the food you hold in your hand, and that's your chance to pet them before they move onto the next person. Pet them quickly because they love to eat. Once they see you're out of food, they'll swim right over to the person next to you. Yes, they might be a fickle bunch, but you can bask in their love for a few seconds!
After spending 30 minutes in shallow water, it's time to put on your full snorkel gear and go to the deeper water, where your Cozumel stingray encounter will continue. You'll swim with stingrays and baby rays if they're in season, along with some nurse sharks. You'll also encounter some colorful fish, a coral reef, and artificial marine habitats.
Your Cozumel Stingray Beach adventure won't end there. Come back to dry land and hit the beach club for some additional fun. Grab a chair under an umbrella to decompress after swimming with the stingrays, or head to some shops. You can also visit Ray's Sand Bar for some snacks.
Getting excited about the Stingray Beach adventure? Grab your spot, so you can feed and swim with the stingrays.
