Departures: Daily on your schedule between 8am and 7pm from most Playa Del Carmen & Riviera Maya hotels.

Length: Approximately 6 hours included in the service, but you can add an extra hour for $35 cash on the day of the tour.

Children: All ages welcome. For valid insurance coverage, all children must be accounted for in your party (example, if you have 8 passengers plus one child, you must upgrade to the larger 9-passenger van). Cruise Ship Passengers: This tour is available to all cruise ship passengers arriving in Riviera Maya, and to some arriving at the Cozumel cruise ship port. Let us know your itinerary and we can try to schedule your private driver to Cancun based on your cruise itinerary.

Restrictions: Foldable wheel chairs are accepted in all vehicles so long as you have an accompanying guest to assist. Vans with wheelchair ramps are available although prices may vary. Contact us for a quote!
